Background, Focus Areas and Recognition:
David has been a financial consultant with AXA, now Equitable Advisors since 1996. He
co-founded the Falcon Financial Group in 2009 along with several partners, to create a
firm that would provide a concierge level of service to his clients. David’s practice
focuses on comprehensive financial planning and wealth management; he specializes
in retirement planning. His primary objective is to help his clients accomplish and fulfill
their life-long dreams and goals.
David also works with sole proprietors and small business owners and specializes in
helping them maximize tax advantaged savings programs. He feels it is of paramount
importance that people running their own business take advantage ofall the tax
advantaged programs that are available to them.
David received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation in 2008.
He also completed coursework at the Wharton School at the University of
Pennsylvania and obtained a Certificate in Retirement Planning. Most recently, David
completed coursework in advanced asset allocation at the Faculty Club at Harvard
University. He believes that continuing his education is the best way to help his clients
achieve their goals and objectives; he strives to educate his clients and thereby
empower them to make good financial decisions. His goal is to do for his clients what
he would do for himself, given the same set of facts and circumstances.
During his distinguished career, David has received many sales and management
awards, including recognition from Equitable Advisors in their Hall of Fame. He also
has been recognized by New Jersey Monthly Magazine as a “Five Star Wealth
Manager” every year since 2013 and by the Million Dollar Round Table as a qualifying
member.
Personal:
David resides in Martinsville, NJ with his wife, Julia, their two children and their dogs
Beanie and Whitney. He is an avid runner and has completed numerous races
including the NYC Half Marathon and NJ Marathon.

The Retirement Planning Specialist title is awarded by Equitable Advisors, based upon the Financial Professional's (FP) receipt of a Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In a collaboration between the Wharton School and Equitable Advisors' affiliated life insurance carrier, coursework for the certificate was developed exclusively for Equitable Advisors FPs, and the title may be used only by FPs who have completed the required coursework and maintain the title through ongoing continuing education requirements.
