Cesare is a Vice President and Retirement Planning Specialist with The Retirement Benefits Group, a specialized division of Equitable Advisors and a respected leader in the financial services industry.
His goal is to provide clients with the knowledge and experience to deliver customized, objective financial strategies and services that can meet their evolving needs and are designed to address their financial goals.
Cesare also oversees a team of associates that work with over 25,000 active and retired educators and their families in New Jersey. Cesare continues to recruit to build upon his team as well as train and develop them to ensure they have a well-rounded approach to financial planning.
Cesare is the recipient of the Retirement Planning Specialist title awarded by Equitable Advisors, based upon receipt of a Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School of Business. He is also a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP), who specializes in retirement income planning. Cesare holds his FINRA Series 7,66 and 24 registrations, as well as Life and Health licenses. He graduated from Towson University with a degree in Business Management. In addition to his financial experience, he volunteers with youth sports.
Cesare lives in Marlboro, New Jersey with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports and relaxing at the beach.

The designation’s required curriculum is administered by The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA, which is accredited by The Middle States Commission on Higher Education, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
